Ferry Street Suites has a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the respective hotel information page.
Each suite is newly renovated, with full size kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, dining table, living room with a desk, smart TV with Hulu Live, ceiling fans, AC and heat.
Yes! All of our suites have free high-speed WiFi.
Yes, our suites have a 6-night minimum stay and offer monthly discounts.
Our hotel policy is a 6-night booking minimum.
No. We do not allow pets onsite or in the suites. If you have a certified service animal, please call us for accommodation details.
Yes - There is a coin-operated laundry room for guests to use onsite. Ferry Street Suites also provides weekly housekeeping to change out towels and linens in your suite.
If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single suite. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.
Ferry Street Suites offer free off-street parking for confirmed guests.
Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the Ferry Street Suites cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
We will do our best to accommodate guests change of plans, however, our policy is check in between 3pm-9pm and check out is by 11am. Please notify us prior to arrival so we may be able to allow an earlier check in or later check out.
Our suites are 2 and 3 bedroom units. The two bedroom units are allowed 2 guests and our 3 bedroom are allowed 3 guests.
Yes, all of our suites are non-smoking.
Guests will have to contact the post office to have their mail picked up, or if we know in advance, we can arrange to have a package sent to the suites and held in our office for pick up. Ferry Street Suites is not liable for loss, damage or missing items for any packages or mail that is delivered to the hotel without prior notice.
